Access to Medicines
Increasing Access to Quality Medicines Worldwide
Emirates International Charity Foundation has distributed over 2,000 shipments of medicines and medical supplies in 75 countries over the last ten years.
In partnership with leading pharmaceutical companies and trusted local partners on the ground, we are delivering medicine to the most vulnerable people in the world and working to strengthen local supply chain processes.
Filling Gaps in Low-Resource Countries
Clinic shelves are often bare, but even if they were stocked, low incomes make medicine unobtainable for many.
Emirates International Charity Foundation's Medical Donations Program also allows us to respond to some of the worst humanitarian crises and natural disasters in the world, from natural disasters to conflicts.

Send Emergency Kits
Emirates International Charity Foundation pre-packed emergency kits are designed to meet the needs of children and mothers in vulnerable situations. The items in these kits are especially critical for delivering first aid, clean birthing conditions, and hygiene for people experiencing humanitarian emergencies, especially conflicts and natural disasters.
The kits serve as an emergency response to urgent needs where local solutions may not be immediately available. Explore our various emergency kits below—and contact us to become an individual or group sponsor of emergency kits.
Clean Delivery and Newborn Kits
An estimated 2.8 million pregnant women and newborns die each year, particularly in under-resourced countries. Access to medical care and necessary supplies can be difficult. Emirates International Charity Foundation’s Clean Delivery and Newborn Kits include tools for a safe delivery as well as items to keep fragile newborns warm and dry, including blankets, cap and cloth diapers.
Hygiene Kits
Natural disasters and humanitarian crises upend the lives of communities needing to take shelter away from home. Hygiene items are critical for those who have lost or been forced to leave everything, even the simplest necessities. Emirates International Charity Foundation’s Hygiene Kits include personal toiletry items such as shampoo, wash cloths and toothpaste/brush for distribution to individuals in under-resourced communities impacted by crises.
First Aid Kits
During humanitarian crises, medical supplies are critical in providing immediate care and preventing infections. Emirates International Charity Foundation’s First Aid Kits include essential medical items such as bandages, gauze, and CPR shield.
